Oh, teh poor menz!

I really don't feel up to doing a full takedown of this article from the Daily Mail (Hell, the Mail is such a vile newspaper anyway I was barely able to follow the link that pointed to it).

Just 3 observations:

1. Men are marrying later. Therefore, we have to learn how to do housework for ourselves these days (at least to some degree!). We're not going straight from "mother" to "wife" as primary carer these days, we have to learn to look after ourselves anyway.
2. "Natural manly instincts"? Cos, of course, in the Stone Age, all the women were there with archaeopteryx-feather dusters sweeping up the caves, right? It's just natural and instinctive, right? Right?
3. Seems to me, the only person who's emasculating men here is the person who says that our identity and gender is threatened by the idea of maybe helping out around the home!

I'm done here. Someone else can do a proper analysis if they feel up to it.
